A Certification body is nothing but a registrar that is competent and authorised to issue Certification on Management System after successful completion of the Management System Audit.

1) 100% success rate on Project Completion- They should be having 100% success rate on project completion with full efficiency. To deliver project on time you need people who are disciplined and punctual, also having a high standard of understanding of the management systems. 

2) Competent Auditors within the organization- They should be having competent auditors for the auditing of their clients. Most of the organisations spend least on auditors and more on the marketing. That needs to be opposite, Organisations need to spend more on the qualified auditors in their payroll.

3) Auditors on every industry sector- There should be auditors or auditor from every industry sector, they should be aware of all the technical informations that are needed for the auditing purpose. The auditor must be updated with standard specific information that are also need to audit firms.
